Cherrapunji(1N), Kaziranga(1N)

Day - 1 : Guwahati - Cherrapunji

Receive from Guwahati / Shillong Airport and proceed to Cherrapunji which is credited as being the wettest place on the Earth. Shillong Peak the highest peak of Meghalaya which is at an altitude of 1965 meters above the sea level, Elephant Falls- definitely the most popular tourist site of Shillong, Duwanshing Syiem viewpoint. Arwah Cave, Nohkalikai Falls. By reaching Cherrapunji check in a hotel and after freshen up visit Eco Park, Seven Sister Falls, Mausmai Cave, Thangkharang Park etc. Overnight stay at Cherrapunji.

Day - 2 : Cherrapunji - Kaziranga National Park

After breakfast check out from hotel and proceed to Kaziranga National Park, the home of the “One Horned Rhinoceros”. It will take around 8 hour journey to Kaziranga National Park. It is one of the oldest national park in Assam on the south bank of river Brahmaputra. Spread across 430 sq.kms, it is a dazzling mosaic of interspersed with vast tracts of marshes and shallow pools that are a favorite haunt of this celebrity pre-historic beast. The main residents of the park include Wild Elephant, Hog deer, Barasingha, Indian Bison, four species of Deer, Tiger, Leopard, Capped Langur, Wild Boar, Gibbon, Hornbill, Egret, Heron, Fishing Eagle and a host of migratory birds including Pelicans. By reaching Kaziranga check in a hotel / resort. Evening you may visit the nearby villages to experience the rural lifestyle, Tea Garden, Orchid farm, Cultural Program etc. Overnight stay at Kaziranga.

Day - 3 : Kaziranga - Guwahayti Airport/ Rly. Station drop, Tour End

Early in the morning (5:00 am) we will start for Elephant Safari inside the Western range of the park, for one hour and come back to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast check out from hotel and we will take you inside the Central range of the park in a Jeep safari. After completing the safari we will transfer you to Guwahati Airport / Rly. Station with an everlasting memory. It will take around 6 hours to reach Guwahati Airport / Rly. Station.
